Why DX Delivery?
We are constantly striving to improve our customer service, to ensure we offer a premium service. So, after reviewing customer feedback, carrying out a rigorous selection process and a successful trial period removed previous delivery issues. We have decided to partner with DX delivery, which specialises in secure, tracked and express delivery services.
What does that mean to our customers?
From 1st March 2022, DX will provide Hills customers with B2B delivery solutions that cover the whole of the United Kingdom. This will allow customers to have more control over deliveries end to end with enhanced customer service and tracking information.
Customers will benefit from an enhanced B2B service offering that includes:
1. Email pre and post-delivery notifications with 2 hour ETA
2. Photographic evidence of delivery point with GPS location scan and 3 point door description on all services
3. Calling card left if delivery unsuccessful
4. Consignee controls re-delivery and any issues if the first attempt fails
5. Premium services available*
6. Dedicated customer service team from DX including phone and online chat
7. Online tracking via DX Despatch
