Further to our email yesterday, we have received confirmation that:

“effective immediately (October 7), FedEx is resuming collections for domestic shipments”.

Whilst this is good news, we have also been told to expect delays to some shipments whilst Fedex execute their recovery plan.

Unfortunately we haven’t been told how long this disruption is likely to last but we expect it to take a few days for them to catch up.  Please bear this in mind when placing orders.
